Jim Finn has worked as an electrician for over 55 years and has served in a wide range of different capacities within the industry and would be widely considered by an expert in the field. He has worked with adequate connectors all his working career, but saw a need for something better and different that would make his job easier. Since he couldn't find it, he created it! Jim has a high standard on any creative project and demands that it be done right. He worked over several reiterations of this connector until it was exactly what is needed. Jim is an innovator by nature and has many more ideas and plans to come.

“Basically, I've done residential, commercial and industrial. I ran a company for seven years. I estimated for a company for another 10 and I have worked as a hands on electrician all my life. I love working out in the field, and commercial and industrial buildings are my number one. Hospitals are fun because they stimulate your mind. I've done a lot of residential as well and there's a lot of good things and a lot of bad things about residential wiring.”
